Deborah Y. Wellman is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, LCPC, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, LMFT, and Court Certified Mediator and Parent Coordinator for the State of Idaho.  She received her BS in Child Development from San Diego State University in 1974 and her Masters Degree in Counseling and Guidance from West Virginia University in 1978.
 
Mrs. Wellman has previously served as a Canyon County Juvenile Probation officer and a guidance counselor for the Meridian and Boise School Districts. She is a past President of the Idaho Counselors Association.
 
Deborah maintains her private practice in Nampa, Idaho where her counseling practice addresses marriage, family, adolescent, and child concerns. Her mediation practice involves custody disputes and parent plan development. Mrs. Wellman is also a member of the Idaho Mediation Association, the Idaho Counseling Association, and volunteers with the Third District Court regularly.
